How to Navigate Teacher Resources

Interactive Teacher Editions:

Interactive Teacher Versions of Money Vehicle are available. These presentations are comprehensive and are a step-by-step guide with Teacher Facilitator notes for instructors to share with students.  These Teacher Editions become "Talk Tracks" for instructors.  As you work through the program, pull up the Facilitator Notes that are linked inside the Teacher Edition during your presentation and you are all set and ready to go. The presentations include videos and links to various resources with everything you need to teach Money Vehicle.

Pacing Guides:

Pacing Guides are available for (Class) 50 or (Block) 120 min Classes.  These docs go step by step showing you how to pace your class.  Many teachers share this doc with students to show the pacing of assignments. Feel free to adapt to your class and pacing.

Owner's Manuals:

Owner’s Manuals are interactive workbook pages provided by Money Vehicle. The Owner's Manuals are designed to be graded by a teacher and are easy to assign via your grade book or learning management system. Just share the links and instructions with your students.

Auto Graded Exams / Answers: Google Forms

Every chapter has an exam and answer key as well as an Auto Graded Exam in Google Form Format. Pull these items into your gradebook and customize as you desire. Money Vehicle does not store grades and therefore assessments and assignments are left to you to customize as you deem fit for your students.

Certificates:

Each Chapter has a Certificate as well as a full Course Certificate that is available on the first page. These certificates are in pdf format. Feel free to customize and share with your students.

Bloom's Taxonomy and Scaffolding

Every classroom is different as well as every teacher's teaching style. The program provides various ways for teachers to adapt and edit the program to their own style. Owner’s Manuals are the students' Interactive Financial Planning workbook. These Google Doc formatted workbooks give students the ability to track their progress as they work through Money Vehicle and give teachers a way to mold the assignments to their students' levels. Questions are leveled using Bloom's Taxonomy giving instructors a way to scaffold materials for students on various levels.

Multiple Question Types

Each Owner’s Manual contains multiple choice, extension activities, Family Conversations, Planning Conversations, Character Project, and many other items to help students begin a financial plan.

Facilitator Notes, Talk Tracks, and Answer Keys

The whole program comes with Facilitator Notes a "Talk Track" for teachers as they begin teaching the program. Every screen in the program is written out so that teachers are prepared for conversations. Questions are leveled by Bloom’s Taxonomy as well as rationals provided to instructors.    

Answer keys are provided for teachers and all documents are designed for high school students so a teacher you can assign “As is” or you can edit/customize as you see fit before assigning items to your students.

The Character project is a comprehensive project that is located inside the Owner’s Manual. Students develop their character as they work through the program. Rubrics are available for you as you begin teaching students how to build their character.
